Short version:

Reality Tweakers is a group for tweaking the idea and experience of what is traditionally held as 'solid' reality.

The group is primarily local: Enid, Oklahoma, and the surrounding areas. We explore the ideas of energy/ mind/ spirit changing matter, deliberate creating, metaphysics, quantum physics, 'psychic' abilities, material from Seth, Bashar, Abraham, Elias, Conversations with God, and related information.

We honor self and others, and use common sense, resonance, and our own inner/ intuitive guidance with suggested material for the intention of maximizing self-empowerment and creating uplifting experience for body, mind and spirit.

This is a letter sent to the eclectic spiritual study group I belonged to, after some slightly heated discussion regarding deliberate creating ideas and energy dynamics versus the "world is full of helpless victims" point of view.

Hi All,

I don't blame anybody for feeling angry when presented with the idea that energy/ mind/ spirit can greatly influence matter, especially if they have been taught this is not so, or if they are in pain or surrounded by chaos in their own experience and they don't know how they got there or how to change it. It is difficult to see the underlying root causes of these things while being in the middle of them, especially if we've been trained in the idea that bad things just happen, life is chaotic naturally, or that there is evil either in people or spirit that has an effect over our experience which we cannot control. Besides, I'm not opposed to the idea that people incarnated in order to explore other things. :)

So I'm not upset with the response, and my replies don't need to be read as if I was. Intrigued. Baffled. Amazed. But not upset. I've seen repeatedly over the years the reactions to this sort of information. I've been immersed in researching quantum physics and metaphysics particularly with regard to this very thing for four years, and have been so involved with it that I've only been part-timing as artist, friend, step-parent, and wife. I have seen discussions on boards, lists, and in person. People can respond with disbelief, anger, and accusations. Then of course there's the "list of horrible things in the world" that everyone must focus on and worry about, because they've been taught they have to, even though worry never got anybody anywhere and even if no physical action they take can ever change it.

One of the most confusing/ amusing reactions I've seen is when people attack the presenters as being clueless, since they must obviously have their head in the sand or at the very least have not experienced real problems, pain or suffering, in order to propose such preposterous ideas. Ironically, most of the people who understand how this [deliberate creating thing] works have gotten themselves there through the search for answers to their own incredible pain and suffering. For the most part these are very strong, very responsible and compassionate people. I'm pleased that over the years and especially lately I've been seeing more and more people supportive, and less 'negative' reactions.

I support the idea that everyone is an individual and as such has their own perceptions, and all of them are valid. All truths are true, otherwise All That Is would not be All That Is. None is better than another. Judgment in that way is an action of separation, limitation. If everyone were meant to see things in the same way there would only be one person, no need for others. Therefore people who don't believe the idea of energy being able to influence matter in that way will not experience that-- from my pov they will experience what they expect/ believe/ define as truth instead, and that's okay with me. I have only what I resonate with, what is true for me, as each person has what's true for them. My spirituality, mentality and physicality are all interwoven in what I believe to be true for me-- so it is a spiritual thing, as well as a mind thing and a body thing. Part of the reason I enjoy sharing with people in this group is because I feel I can speak freely on the spiritual aspect/ wholeness of it.

My suggestion did not exclude action, but it was not intended to focus there either. The focus was on the attitude and expectations of a thing before thinking, speaking and acting about that thing, or any thing. That said, I invite anybody who wants to discuss the effects of energy/ mind/ spirit on matter or deliberate creating to share their ideas or questions with me and maybe we all will learn and have a good time with it. Despite my love for the clay, there is nothing that interests me or sparks me more than these ideas and it's high time I shared them instead of keeping them to myself.

Some people took apart machines as kids to find out what made them tick and are still doing it now. I have always explored and analyzed concepts, people's thoughts/ motivations & how minds work, and interpersonal dynamics. Spiritually speaking, for me this research I've been doing lately (and forever, possibly less intensely) is exploring the dynamics of God (All That Is), who/ what is that and what is going on here and who are we-- all the fundamental questions of eons-- from a self-empowering (there are no victims) perspective.

I don't see this as particularly separate from what [this] group is doing but since the group also encompasses other paths that do not necessarily align, I suggest discussion off-list. At the risk of some possible double-posting again, I have created a new list for exploring these ideas. It is called Reality Tweakers, and here is the description I posted on the web:

My intention is for this to be a 3-D group, although we are all full of meetings so we can work that out later. I will also be inviting some people who are not on [this] list, and may have a few dear friends from distant 3-D to join us if it gets too quiet. :D Again I want to say everyone is welcome, lurking is fine-- I won't put anybody on the spot trying to force them into discussion. Questioning or disagreement with material presented is welcome and encouraged, because we all grow through the exploration. Differing perspectives are welcome. Respect is essential though, so if you've no interest in exploring the idea in general and would just be miserable, then simply be happy somewhere else, because antisocial behavior is not welcome.
